§ 153.99 PENALTY.

Any person or business or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Each day the violation is permitted to exist constitutes a separate offense.
