§ 33.37 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Liquor Store Commission shall have authority to generally oversee the operations of the Municipal Liquor Store and make recommendations to the City Council for the operation of the liquor store, but shall have no management, budget or operation authority and shall have no power to hire, review the performance of, supervise, suspend or terminate any employee.
