§ 33.36 OFFICERS AND MEETINGS.
   The Commission shall elect a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson from among its members for a term of one year, and the Commission may create and fill other offices as it may determine. It shall periodically make reports to the City Council of its findings and recommendations.
