§ 151.12 GAS LINE TESTING.
   (A)   A final pressure test shall be taken of the gas piping and valve system. A pressure test of at least six inches of mercury measured with a manometer or slope gauge shall be conducted. The pressure test shall be conducted in the presence of the Building Official or by or in the presence of the gas company representative furnishing gas to the unit.
   (B)   If the test should fail at an appliance and cannot be corrected during this test period, the appliance shall be disconnected, the line capped and retested. The failed appliance shall be tagged and the owner and gas-supplying company notified.
