(A) HUD units. Manufactured homes built after 6-1-1976, being brought into the city must bear a label from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
(B) State code homes. Manufactured homes built between 7-1-1972, and 6-1-1976, being brought into the city must bear a construction seal issued by the state’s Building Code Division or from a state that has a reciprocity agreement with the state. Additional upgrading may be required to comply with the following parts of this subchapter.
(C) Pre-code homes. Manufactured homes built prior to 7-1-1972, being brought into the city shall comply with this chapter.
