§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Violation of § 150.02 of this chapter is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days in jail and up to a $700 fine. Violation of § 150.02 of this chapter may also result in civil monetary sanctions and/or injunctive relief, including removal of the non- conforming structure.

   (C)   (1)   Any person or business or corporation who violates any provision of §§ 150.15 through 150.27 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Each day the violation is permitted to exist constitutes a separate offense.
      (2)   This chapter shall also be enforceable by an administrative penalty as outlined in § 10.98 of this code of ordinances.
         (a)   The administrative penalty for a violation of §§ 150.15 through 150.27 of this chapter shall be $25.
         (b)   For each subsequent seven-day period that the violation remains after the initial seven- day period following issuance of an administrative fine, the fine shall increase by $25, up to a maximum fine amount of $100.
