§ 33.20 ESTABLISHED.
   A Planning Commission is hereby established pursuant to M.S. §§ 462.351 through 462.364, as they may be amended from time to time. The Planning Commission shall be the city planning agency authorized by M.S. § 462.354(1), as it may be amended from time to time.
