The Board shall meet as necessary, but shall have as a minimum one annual meeting. All meetings shall be recorded by the Secretary and open to the public and subject to open meeting law requirements, being M.S. Ch. 13D, as it may be amended from time to time. A simple majority of the Board (four) shall constitute a quorum.
