§ 33.04 OFFICERS.
   (A)   Generally. The officers of the Board shall be a Chairperson, a Vice Chairperson and a Secretary. Officers shall be elected annually. All of said officers shall be chosen from the membership of the Board by the Board.
   (B)   Chairperson. The Chairperson shall preside at all meetings.
   (C)   Vice Chairperson. The Vice Chairperson shall perform duties of the Chairperson in case of his or her absence.
   (D)   Secretary. The Secretary shall keep a complete record of the minutes of each meeting and of all proceedings of the Board. The Secretary shall furnish the Clerk-Administrator with a copy of the minutes of each meeting and of all proceedings of the Board within five working days of any meeting of the Board.
   (E)   Additional powers and duties.
      (1)   The Board may prescribe such additional powers and duties for its officers as may be consistent with the provisions of this subchapter and M.S. §§ 412.501 through 412.531, as they may be amended from time to time.
      (2)   Any additional powers and duties shall be submitted to and approved by the City Council.
   (F)   Vacancies. Vacancies in any of said offices shall be filled by the Board.
