The pawnbroker or precious metal dealer shall, at all times during the term of the license, allow the County Sheriff’s Department to enter the premises where the pawnbroker or precious metals dealer business is located and any other premises where items purchased or received as part of the business are stored, for the purpose of inspecting such premises and the merchandise therein to locate items suspected or alleged to have been stolen or otherwise improperly disposed of.
