§ 112.39 RECORD INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   The licensee shall make available the information required in § 112.38 of this chapter at all reasonable times for inspection by the County Sheriff’s Department.
   (B)   The information required in § 112.38 of this chapter shall be retained by the pawnbroker or precious metal dealer for at least four years.
