In all areas of the city where business signs are allowed under this subchapter, the spacing of the signs shall be such that, in the opinion of the city’s Building Official and/or the City Planner, does not obscure or otherwise physically interfere with an official traffic- control device or a railroad safety signal or sign, or to obstruct or physically interfere with the driver’s view of approaching, merging or intersecting traffic.
