(A) Within an area zoned GB (General Business) or I (Industrial) within 750 of the centerline of Interstate Highway 35, pylon signs are allowed with the following maximum dimensions, measured from grade to the top of the sign:
(1) Height: 100 feet; and
(2) Area: 250 square feet per face.
(B) In all other GB (General Business) or I (Industrial), all CB (Central Business), and all RB (Residential Business) fronting on Minnesota Highways 23 or 48, or Pine County Highway 61, pylon signs are allowed with the following maximum dimensions, measured from grade to the top of the sign:
(1) Height: 35 feet; and
(2) Area: 200 square feet per face.
(C) In all other RB (Residential Business), ground signs are allowed with the following maximum dimensions, measured from grade to the top of the sign:
(1) Height: eight feet; and
(2) Area: 200 square feet per face.
(D) Ground signs are allowed, with (he dimensions indicated in division (C) above, in all non- residential zones.
