§ 91.52 ADMINISTRATION.
   City staff, as directed by the City Clerk- Administrator, shall be responsible for maintaining and implementing the addressing system outlined in this subchapter. Appeals to interpretations of the subchapter by city staff shall be directed to the City Council, and the City Council’s decision shall be final. The city shall retain the right to accept or reject roadway names based on the conditions of this subchapter.
