§ 90.09 KEEPING OF POULTRY AND LIVESTOCK PROHIBITED.

No person shall own, keep, or possess, either temporarily or permanently, any livestock or poultry of any kind within the boundaries of the city unless it kept on a tract of land of at least five (5) acres. This prohibition does not apply to pet birds.
