(A) Before erection of a fence of any height or placement of a driveway or driveway drain tile, a permit must be obtained from the city.
(B) Said permit will be free of charge.
(C) To obtain said permit, the applicant must inform the city of the location and dimensions of the fence, driveway, or tile.
(D) The city shall decline to issue the permit in the event said project would violate any city ordinance, code, or regulation.
(E) This section does not relieve the property owner from obtaining all other permits and approvals required by federal, state, or local law or regulation.
(F) Should any fence, driveway, drain tile, or any structure be installed in violation of this section, the city shall have the right to remove same at the property owner’s expense.
