All license fees imposed by this chapter shall be due and payable to the city and shall be paid at the address indicated in the insurance premiums license fee returned no later than thirty (30) days after the end of the calendar quarter. License fees which are not paid to the city in the manner prescribed on or before the due date shall bear interest at the rate defined in KRS 131.010(6) and KRS 131.183.
