§ 110.50 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GARAGE, PRIVATE. An enclosed space for the storage of not more than four (4) motor vehicles owned or operated by the principal building, and provided that no business, occupation, or service is conducted for profit therein.
   GARAGE, PUBLIC. A building or land operated for gain which is used for storage, repair, rental, greasing, washing, painting, servicing, or equipping motor vehicles.
   HOME OCCUPATION. An accessory use carried on in a dwelling unit or other structure accessory to a dwelling unit, but in no case occupying more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the total floor area of the building or buildings, by a member or members of the bona fide residents of the dwelling; and which is clearly incidental and secondary to the use of the dwelling unit for residential purposes, so that the character thereof is not changed and it shall not have any exterior evidence of such secondary use except that a sign two (2) feet by two (2) feet may be placed on the premises. HOME OCCUPATION shall not be interpreted to include any of the following (this list is not exhaustive): barber shop, commercial stables and kennels, animal hospitals, restaurants or eating places, musical instructions to groups, convalescent homes, mortuary establishments, public garages or premises for the repair of motor vehicles on profit basis. A private garage as defined in this section is not prohibited.
   RESIDENTIAL ZONE. R-1, R-2, R-3, and R-4 Residential zones as defined by Bullitt County Joint Planning Commission Zoning Regulations.
