§ 37.51 CREATION AND MEMBERSHIP.

There is hereby created within the city, pursuant to KRS 65.8801 to 65.8839, a Code Enforcement Board which shall be composed of five (5) members, all of whom shall be residents of the city for a period of at least one (1) year prior to the creation of the Board, and shall reside there throughout the term in office.
