§ 113.44 CRIMINAL CONDUCT ON PREMISES PROHIBITED.

A city licensee shall not cause, permit, or engage in any conduct upon the licensed premises by either the commission of a prohibited act o the omission of a required act which is a crime or other violation of any governmental agency having jurisdiction thereof or any officer or agency thereof.
