§ 111.09 EXCEPTIONS.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to officers or employees of the city, county, state or federal government, members of the local fire departments, official school fund raising groups, or any charitable organization that produces its 501(c)(3) tax exempt charitable organization certificate.
