§ 31.39 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL ADMINISTRATOR.
   (A)   Duties. The Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator of the City of Hillview, Bullitt County, Kentucky, shall be responsible for:
      (1)   Enforcement of all Kentucky Revised Statutes which relate to alcoholic beverages, excluding traffic offenses.
      (2)   Enforcement of all city ordinances relating to alcoholic beverages, excluding traffic offenses.
      (3)   The enforcement of all administrative regulations relating to alcoholic beverages, excluding traffic offenses.
      (4)   Directing and maintaining the preparation of the necessary records and files relating to alcoholic beverages, excluding traffic offenses.
      (5)   Conducting the necessary correspondence, inspections, license review, license issuance, requisition supplies and recommend the purchase of necessary equipment for this position.
      (6)   Meeting with and answering questions for the public.
   (B)   Qualifications.
      (1)   The Administrator shall be over the age of twenty-one (21) years.
      (2)   No person shall be an administrator, an investigator, or an employee of the city or a consolidated local government under the supervision of the Administrator, who would be disqualified to be a member of the board under KRS 241.100.
   (C)   Appointment. The Administrator shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
   (D)   Compensation. The rate of compensation for the Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator shall be one hundred dollars ($100) per month or as established in the annual budget adopted by the city.
