(A) (1) Any person who violates the provisions of § 152.01 shall be subject to a fine of not less than fifteen dollars ($15) nor more than fifty dollars ($50) for each offense. Each day that a violation exists shall be considered a separate offense. All citations which are not paid within seven (7) days of their date of issue shall have added a late charge of two dollars ($2). Fines which are not paid in accordance with this chapter shall after 28 days be processed by the Police Department through the District Court for their collection.
(2) Any fines which are assessed by reason of this violation of § 152.01 shall be payable to City Clerk/Treasurer. These fines shall be payable to the General Fund of the city and be expended for general city purposes.

(B) Any person who violates any provision of § 152.02 shall be subject to a fine in an amount not less than ten dollars ($10) nor more than fifty dollars ($50).
