§ 150.24 FEES.

   (A)   Each permit application for construction filed with the City Clerk/Treasurer shall be accompanied by a fee as follows:

       10,001 to 20,000                25

       20,001 to 35,000                50

       35,001 to 50,000                75

       50,001 to 65,000                100

       65,001 to 80,000                125

       80,001 to 100,000                150

       100,001 to 150,000                175

       150,001 to 200,000                200

       200,001 to 300,000                225

       300,001 to 400,000                250

       400,001 to 500,000                300

       500,001 to 1,000,000             500

Any and each multiple of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) over one million dollars ($1,000,000) shall be assessed ten dollars ($10) per multiple in addition to the five hundred dollars ($500).

   (B)   In addition to the regular building permit fee established above, there shall be a late fee assessed by the Administrative Official, for obtaining a building permit or compliance permit after construction has commenced, of one hundred dollars ($100.00) minimum plus an additional penalty fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day for each day, after the first day construction has commenced, on which additional construction activity occurs without a building permit or compliance permit being issued with the total sum of these late fees and penalty fees not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
