§ 150.14 QUALIFICATIONS OF ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR.
   The Electrical Inspector employed by the city, or in the event an independent contract is entered into for electrical inspections, such inspector shall possess the qualifications required by the state and shall only be permitted to charge the fees set out herein for his services.
