§ 130.15 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the following definition:
   DEADLY WEAPON.
      (1)   Any weapon from which a projectile, readily capable of producing death or other
         serious physical injury, may be discharged or propelled.
      (2)   Any knife other than an ordinary pocket knife or hunting knife.
      (3)   Billy, night stick or club;
      (4)   Black jack or slap jack;
      (5)   Nunchaku karate sticks;
      (6)   Shuriken or death star; or
      (7)   Artificial knuckles made from metal, or other similar hard material.
   FIREARM . Any weapon which will expel a projectile by the action of an explosive.
   BUILDING. Any structure, vehicle, water craft or air craft where city citizens are permitted to assemble for purposes of business, government, education, religion, entertainment or public transportation.
