(A) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine established by the Code Enforcement Board of not less than ten dollars ($10) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) for each offense.
(B) Any fine which is assessed by reason of violation of this chapter shall be payable to the City Clerk-Treasurer. These fines shall be payable to the General Fund of the city and be expended for general city purposes.
