§ 117.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100). Each day the violation continues shall be a separate offense.
