§ 117.40 CLEAN AND SAFE CONDITIONS; DRIVER'S APPEARANCE.
   (A)   Every driver shall maintain a clean and safe taxicab according to the regulations promulgated by the Mayor.
   (B)   Every driver or operator shall maintain a clean and presentable appearance according to the regulations promulgated by the Mayor.
