All persons, who have residences within the corporate limits of the city, shall be privileged to use the facilities of the city dumpster for the depositing of wooden or paper boxes, crates, old metals or alloys, stone, ashes, brick, and the like, originating in the city. No person, firm or corporation, other than those above designated shall use the city dumpster for any purpose whatsoever and no refuse except refuse originating in the city shall be placed in the city dumpster, and it shall be unlawful to deposit any garbage, vegetable matter subject to decay, bodies of animals, grease fats, oil explosive, poisonous, dangerous or corrosive chemicals, salt water, feces, material impregnated with urine, or any material of any nature which emits foul or noxious odors in the city disposal.
