§ 97.99 PENALTY.
      Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter upon conviction shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days.
