§ 72.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person receiving a citation for any parking violation in the city for which a specific penalty is not provided shall be subject to a fine established by the Code Enforcement Board in an amount not less than twenty dollars ($20), nor more than one hundred dollars ($100).

   (B)   Fines for violation of §§ 72.02, 72.03, 72.04 or 72.11 shall be ten dollars ($10) for each violation, except for parking within a designated parking space for persons with disabilities which shall be fifteen dollars ($15). All citations which are not paid within seven (7) days of their date of issue shall have added a late charge of two dollars ($2). Fines which are not paid in accordance with this section shall after twenty-eight (28) days be processed by the Police Department through the Code Enforcement Board for their collection.

   (C)   Any fine which is assessed by reason of this chapter shall be payable to the City Clerk- Treasurer. These fines shall be payable to the General Fund of the city and be expended for general city purposes.

   (D)   Any person who violates the provisions of §§ 72.13 through 72.16 shall be subject to a fine established by the Code Enforcement Board of not less than five dollars ($5) nor more than fifteen dollars ($15) for each offense.
