§ 39.38 UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS IN CITY VEHICLES.

(A) No person other than a city employee shall be permitted to ride in or on a city vehicle unless it is a case of emergency or with prior approval of the Mayor or his designate.

(B) Transportation of prisoners by police is authorized.
