An employee who holds a regular full-time position with the city on the effective date of these policies shall:
(A) Have regular full-time status on the effective date of this policy if he or she has held the position throughout the previous six (6) months.
(B) Not be accorded regular full-time status until he or she has held the position for six (6) months subsequent to the effective date.
