(A) A joint planning unit has been established and is hereby established and ratified for the entire county of Bullitt and all of the cities situated therein.
(B) It is agreed that the Joint Planning Commission shall be supported by the levy of fees for services rendered with Bullitt County contributing the balance necessary to fund the combined planning operations.
(C) It is agreed that the Bullitt County Fiscal Court will approve a budget annually for the Joint Planning Commission, amended as needed, and bear the expense incurred under said budget except those borne by the cities as set out above. Nothing contained in this agreement shall prohibit the acceptance of funds from other sources for the expenses of the planning unit or the administration of KRS Chapter 100.
