§ 35.01 ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   Pursuant to KRS 95.700 a Police Department is hereby established.
   (B)   At the discretion of the City Council individual police officers may be identified by rank as Patrolman, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain and Chief of Police.
   (C)   An auxiliary police force is hereby established pursuant to KRS 95.445 for the city. Such force shall consist of 15 auxiliary police officers who shall be appointed and removed by executive order of the Mayor. Subject removal may be without cause. The force shall be subject to all rules and regulations promulgated by City Council.
