§ 132.20 SKATEBOARDS AND ROLLERBLADES.
   (A)   No person shall ride upon or operate a skateboard or in-line roller skates on the sidewalks, streets or alleyways of the city located in the four-block uptown area divided by High Street and by Main Street.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and the skateboard is declared a nuisance and is contraband.
   (C)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply.
      IN-LINE ROLLER SKATES. Wheeled shoes affixed to the rider’s feet with the wheels on each shoe arranged in a single line in the direction of movement.
      SKATEBOARD. A wheeled contrivance, without hand controls, upon which the rider stands, or any device so designed.
