§ 131.26 IMPAIRING GUARDS ALONG STREETS AND SIDEWALKS.
   No person shall wilfully or recklessly remove, destroy, or injure any railing, cover grating, or guard of any cellar, cistern, well, vault, sewer, or excavation beneath or abutting any sidewalk, street, alley, or public place.
