Any person, firm, or corporation, or any owner, agent, employee, or a driver of a taxicab who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100. In addition thereto, the license issued for the taxicab involved may be revoked or suspended by the Judge of the Municipal Court of the city, upon hearing.
