§ 115.01 TAXICAB DEFINED.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   TAXICAB. Any vehicle for the use of which for the carriage of passengers a charge is made. However, this definition shall not apply to funeral cars, public buses operating through, from, or into the city, or TAXICABS from other municipalities carrying passengers into the city.
