§ 113.06 LICENSE FEES.
   (A)   On application of any person entitled thereto, the city authority shall issue any license made necessary by this chapter. The license shall name the person to whom granted, state the nature of the privilege to be exercised under it, and the period of time it is to remain in force.
   (B)   Before receiving the license, the person applying therefor shall pay to the city authority a fee as follows:
      (1)   For any circus or equestrian performance, or any menagerie, a fee determined by City Council for each day the license is to continue; and
      (2)   For every other entertainment, exhibition, show, or performance for which a license may be required under this chapter, a fee determined by City Council for each day the license is to continue.
