§ 112.12 COMPLIANCE WITH FCC REGULATIONS.
   The CATV service as a minimum must comply with all FCC rules and regulations now in effect or hereafter enacted or promulgated. These standards shall be kept current with FCC minimum service standards, as revised or amended.
