§ 112.07 INTERFERENCE WITH EXISTING RECEPTION OR RADIATION.
   (A)   The grantee shall at all times operate the cable system so as not to interfere with the existing radio and television reception and shall prevent radiation from the grantee’s cable, radio, and television receivers and amplifying equipment to the antennas in the city. In the event the grantee’s operation should interfere with existing reception, or radiation should exist from the grantee’s cables to the antennas of the city, and the situation is not corrected within a reasonable time after the grantee has been notified of the fault, then, and in that event, the City Council may terminate this franchise without regard to the terms of this franchise.
   (B)   The grantee shall furnish the city maps or prints showing the pole line system in sufficient detail to assure the city of being currently advised as to the location of the cables of the system. It shall be the responsibility of the grantee to keep the city advised of any and all changes and additions and removals of the system except for the individual subscribed connection wires.
