(A) The grantee shall replace all streets, alleys, sidewalks, public grounds, and public places on or in which any work is done under the provisions of this chapter in as good order and condition as they were before the doing of the work.
(B) All lines, equipment, and connections shall be erected and operated in a manner so as not to interfere with travel on the streets, sidewalks, alleys, and public grounds or places of the city. All lines, cables, and equipment must be buried in any area where power, light, telephone, or other utility equipment must be buried.
