§ 110.30 CONDUCT REGULATIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, being the owner, lessee, manager, or operator of a billiard parlor or amusement arcade as defined in § 110.01, to do any of the following:
   (A)   Permit in any billiard parlor or amusement arcade any person to play or operate any amusement device between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. or between the hours of 11:00 p.m. Saturday and 7:00 a.m. on the following Monday. However, this division shall not apply to exhibitors at street fairs or carnivals, or at the Highland County Fair;
   (B)   Operate or permit to be operated any gambling device on or about the premises, or to knowingly permit any amusement device to be used as a gambling device;
   (C)   Place, maintain, or permit to be placed or maintained, any screen, curtain, partition, door, or other obstruction so as to prevent a free and unobstructed view of the interior of the premises; and
   (D)   Permit any immoral or obscene language or conduct on the premises, or fail to keep the premises in a clean and sanitary manner.
