§ 110.17 USE OF DEVICE FOR GAMBLING PROHIBITED.
   No license of an amusement device shall permit any use of the licensed machine for gambling. Any licensee convicted of violating this section shall be fined, have his or her license revoked for all amusement devices, and be ineligible to obtain any further license for an amusement device for a period of two years from the date of the conviction.
