Any exhibitor who has obtained a license as required by § 110.15 and paid the taxes levied herein may substitute another machine of similar character by surrendering the original license to the Mayor. On paying the regular fee, he or she shall have issued to him or her a license for the same period as the original license for the substituted machine. No tax is payable on the substituted machine.
