The Safety and Service Director shall employ such building inspectors and enforcement personnel as are necessary to administer these regulations, and may contract with other Ohio jurisdictions with existing code enforcement personnel and departments for services. The Safety and Service Director may establish necessary fees to recover the costs of inspections and enforcement of these provisions, and may make such other rules and regulations necessary to carry these provisions into effect.
