§ 101.13 SUBMISSION OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PLANS.
   Before construction is begun, plans, and specifications covering the construction of new buildings, additions to an existing building or a substantial alteration to an existing building shall be submitted to the office of the Safety and Service Director and approval shall be obtained from the office of the Safety and Service Director with respect to compliance with the minimum standards which have been established. Note: in order to avoid unnecessary expense in changing final plans, it is suggested that as an initial step, proposed plans in sketch form be reviewed with the office of the Safety and Service Director.
