(A)   Heating and ventilation systems.
      (1)   Temperatures. A minimum temperature of 68°F to 72°F (20°C to 22.22°C) shall be provided for all occupied areas at winter design conditions.
      (2)   Ventilation. A range hood and mechanical exhausts will be provided in the kitchen area.
   (B)   Plumbing and other piping systems. All plumbing and piping systems shall conform to state and local plumbing codes.
